Real estate major DLF Ltd has received approval from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for Phase-1 of its premium residential project, The WestPark, situated in Mumbai’s Andheri locality.
The approved phase will feature 416 upscale apartments spread across four residential towers. According to MahaRERA filings, the project includes 3, 4, and 5 BHK units ranging from 1,048 sq. ft. to 2,278 sq. ft., along with five compact studio apartments measuring around 236 sq. ft. each. The total development spans a plot area of 7,788 square meters and is expected to be completed by June 2032.
The WestPark project is being developed in partnership with the Trident Group under the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) scheme. This initiative marks DLF’s return to the Mumbai residential market after exiting in 2012, when it sold a Lower Parel property to Lodha Group.
The upcoming Andheri launch reflects DLF’s renewed commitment to expanding its presence in the city through high-end housing solutions. The official launch date for the project is expected to be announced soon.
