TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has signed a ₹1,000-crore memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Government of Tamil Nadu to develop new industrial and logistics projects across the state.
The investment is expected to generate approximately 1,500 employment opportunities while supporting the growth of Tamil Nadu’s industrial and supply-chain infrastructure. The agreement was signed at the VETTRI Tamil Nadu Investment Conclave 2026, reflecting the state’s continued focus on attracting investments across sectors and regions.
Under the proposed initiative, TVS ILP will develop Grade-A industrial and logistics parks aimed at supporting manufacturing companies, businesses and supply-chain operations. The projects are expected to offer modern infrastructure designed to meet the evolving requirements of occupiers.
Dr. Ramnath Subramaniam, Joint Managing Director, TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks, said the ₹1,000-crore investment reflects the company’s confidence in Tamil Nadu’s growth potential. He added that TVS ILP aims to act as a technology-enabled infrastructure partner for businesses expanding in the state.
The company will focus on developing globally benchmarked assets while adapting to changing occupier needs, contributing to Tamil Nadu’s next phase of industrial and logistics growth.
