Lodha Developers is planning to launch 21 new housing projects by March next year as it looks to expand its presence amid continued demand in India’s residential real estate market.
The upcoming projects will be launched across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Delhi-NCR, Pune and Bengaluru. Together, these developments are estimated to have a total revenue potential of ₹240 billion, or approximately ₹24,000 crore.
The planned expansion highlights the company’s focus on strengthening its presence in key residential markets. Mumbai Metropolitan Region remains an important market for Lodha Developers, while the proposed launches in Delhi-NCR, Pune and Bengaluru are expected to support its wider growth strategy across major urban centres.
The new project pipeline is expected to include a mix of residential developments catering to different segments of homebuyers. With demand for organised and branded housing continuing to remain strong, developers are increasingly expanding their project portfolios in major cities.
The planned 21 launches could significantly increase Lodha Developers’ development pipeline and provide a substantial revenue opportunity over the coming years. The expansion also reflects the company’s confidence in sustained housing demand across India’s key metropolitan markets.
