Bengaluru-based real estate firm iUSTUS is set to develop around 25 lakh square feet of residential and commercial projects across South and East Bengaluru, marking a significant expansion of its development pipeline.
The company said its upcoming portfolio will cover approximately 2.5 million square feet across key growth corridors in the city. iUSTUS plans to focus on a combination of professional project execution, disciplined capital deployment, quality construction, transparency and long-term value creation.
Founded by Pawan Sawhney and Santosh Soni, the company brings together experience from the investment, finance and real estate development sectors. The founders have previously been involved in major real estate developments spanning more than 7 million square feet.
Pawan Sawhney, Managing Director and CEO of iUSTUS, emphasised the company’s vision of creating lasting value for people and communities while promoting a more harmonious relationship between development and nature. Meanwhile, CFO Santosh Soni said the initial development pipeline provides a strong foundation, but the company’s strategy will remain focused on carefully selecting markets and projects rather than pursuing expansion purely for scale.
With Bengaluru continuing to attract residential demand and commercial real estate activity, iUSTUS’ planned 25 lakh square feet development pipeline could further strengthen its presence in the city’s evolving property market.
