Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL) has secured a major engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract for a 300 MW/450 MWp ground-mounted solar power project, further strengthening its presence in India’s renewable energy sector.
The company received a Letter of Award (LoA) from its subsidiary, Sunsational Power Private Limited (SPPL), for the execution of the project. Under the contract, WRTL will provide end-to-end EPC services, covering project design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and related infrastructure development.
In addition to project execution, the scope also includes operation and maintenance (O&M) support for two years after the project is commissioned, ensuring efficient performance and reliability of the solar facility.
According to the company, the project is scheduled for completion during FY 2026-27, in line with the agreed contractual timeline. The total order size stands at 300 MW/450 MWp, marking another significant milestone for WRTL in its clean energy expansion journey.
