J Kumar Infraprojects has received the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) for a major infrastructure project in Navi Mumbai. The contract, valued at ₹1,020.70 crore, involves the design and construction of the Coastal Road from Jalmarg Sector-16, Kharghar to the PMAY Housing Scheme near Kharghar Railway Station, along with a pedestrian underpass near Delhi Public School, Nerul.
The project aims to significantly boost connectivity between Kharghar and key areas across Navi Mumbai. The Coastal Road will enhance road access, ease traffic flow, and support the region’s growing urban development. The inclusion of the pedestrian underpass near Delhi Public School is expected to improve safety for residents and schoolchildren, while also helping to decongest the busy thoroughfare.
