Dilip Buildcon has received provisional completion certificates (PCCs) for two hybrid annuity model (HAM) road projects developed under the Bharatmala Pariyojana, marking an important achievement in the company’s infrastructure development portfolio.
The certificates have been issued for Bengaluru–Vijayawada Expressway Package-1 and Package-4 after successful completion in line with contractual requirements. Both projects have been approved as suitable for commercial operations, strengthening connectivity along the key expressway corridor.
The project value stands at approximately Rs 599.50 crore for Package-1 and Rs 774.10 crore for Package-4. Following the issuance of the PCCs, the authority has declared commercial operation dates from 02 May 2026 for Package-1 and 04 May 2026 for Package-4. This milestone will allow the company to begin commercial operations and receive annuity-linked benefits under the HAM framework.
The achievement reflects Dilip Buildcon’s strong execution capabilities in delivering large-scale highway infrastructure projects across the country. The completion of these expressway packages further strengthens the company’s contribution to India’s expanding road infrastructure network under the Bharatmala Pariyojana initiative.
