Godrej Properties launches Rs 1,500 cr, 14‑acre residential project in East Bengaluru

Godrej Properties Limited has unveiled a flagship residential development on a 14-acre parcel in Hoskote, East Bengaluru. The project will offer approximately 1.5 million sq ft of saleable area, with projected revenues of ₹1,500 crore, underlining the firm’s ongoing strategy to scale in high-growth micro-markets.

Nestled near Whitefield and the ITPL precinct, the Hoskote locality is benefiting from enhanced infrastructure and connectivity. Godrej’s Managing Director & CEO, Gaurav Pandey, remarked: “Hoskote is an important micro market… strong demand for high‑quality housing and aligns with our vision of best‑in‑class residential communities”.

This announcement closely follows the success of the earlier Godrej Woodscapes project in the same region, reaffirming the company’s focus on Bengaluru’s thriving eastern corridor. As of June 13, 2025, Godrej Properties’ stock was trading at ₹2,405.30, having ranged between ₹1,926.15 and ₹3,381.75 over the past year. While the 1‑year return is –19.77%, the 3‑year return stands at a robust +100.83%.
