Gujarat International Finance Tec-City Company (GIFTCL) has announced an invitation for bids to appoint a consultant for the development of a water body within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) area of GIFT City.
The scope of the consultancy includes conducting a detailed study of technical information, undertaking site visits as required, and assisting in obtaining approvals from the Government of Gujarat. Consultants will also provide technical inputs and presentations necessary for securing these approvals.
The project is designed to be completed within 36 months from the issuance of the notice to proceed. GIFTCL is focused on ensuring a sustainable and innovative design for the water body, enhancing the urban and ecological landscape of the SEZ area.
This initiative underscores GIFT City’s commitment to creating environmentally integrated infrastructure within India’s first operational smart city. Interested consultants must submit their bids no later than 02 January 2025.
