LDA Floats Rs 348.69 Crore Tender for Aishbagh Square Group Housing Project

Date:

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has invited bids for the development of a group housing project in the city, marking another step in its efforts to expand planned residential infrastructure in the state capital.

The tender covers development works for the Aishbagh Square Group Housing Project on Mill Road. The project carries an estimated cost of Rs 348.69 crore and will be developed across multiple land parcels in the Aishbagh area.

The contract will be awarded under the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) mode. Under this model, a single contractor will be responsible for the complete scope of work, including design, engineering, procurement of materials and construction. The EPC approach is generally preferred for large public projects as it places accountability for timelines and quality with one agency.

The project forms part of LDA’s broader aim to develop organised housing in Lucknow, where demand for residential space continues to grow alongside the city’s expansion. Developing the scheme on parcels in an established area like Aishbagh could also help make better use of available urban land.

Interested bidders must submit their proposals by 10 November 2026.
