Mumbai is set to welcome Cityscape India, an international real estate investment exhibition, from 16 to 18 April 2027 at the Jio World Convention Centre. The event will mark Cityscape’s first entry into the Indian market and bring together leading property developers, investors and real estate professionals from across the world.
Organised by Informa Markets, Cityscape India will focus on luxury real estate, premium properties and investment opportunities. The event is expected to feature more than 40 developers and industry partners, connecting them with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), non-resident Indians (NRIs), institutional investors and premium homebuyers.
The three-day exhibition will include property showcases, investment discussions, buyer-developer meetings and conferences. Key sectors will include residential and commercial properties, integrated townships, sustainable homes, retail developments, property technology and construction technology.
Mumbai has been selected as the host city because of its position as India’s financial capital and growing luxury property market. The city’s infrastructure developments, including the Navi Mumbai International Airport, Mumbai Trans Harbour Link and metro expansion, are also supporting real estate growth.
With India’s real estate sector projected to reach USD 1 trillion by 2030, Cityscape India aims to create new opportunities for developers, investors and property buyers.
The event is expected to strengthen India’s connection with global real estate markets and encourage international partnerships and investment opportunities.
