EIH Group’s Oberoi Resort Project at Cavelossim Beach in Goa

In the latest updates from Goa’s construction industry, the EIH Group has received approval for its new luxury Oberoi Resort project located at Cavelossim Beach in South Goa. The resort will be developed over a 52-acre site with an estimated cost of INR 412 Crore. Once completed, the resort will offer 90 rooms and suites aimed at attracting both domestic and international travelers. The project is expected to be operational by October 1, 2027. This move is part of EIH’s broader strategy to expand its luxury hospitality presence in Goa, which also includes a second resort in Bogmalo Beach.
