RVNL Invites ₹548-Crore Bid for NMDC Township Development in Chhattisgarh

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has invited bids for the construction and associated infrastructure development at the existing NMDC township in Bacheli, Chhattisgarh.

The project, valued at ₹548.58 crore, will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis. The scope of work includes the construction of residential towers with 600 housing units, covering Type-IV and Type-V categories.

In addition to residential infrastructure, the project will include essential amenities, external development and other associated infrastructure works required for the township.

The development is expected to support the expansion of the NMDC township while improving residential facilities and supporting infrastructure for residents in the Bacheli area.

Interested bidders must submit their bids by 31 August 2026. The project highlights ongoing investment in residential and supporting infrastructure around industrial and mining regions in Chhattisgarh.
