Multi-brand automotive retail firm AutoMovers Group has announced a Rs 500 crore capital expenditure plan spread over the next three years to expand and strengthen its network.The company has already deployed Rs 200 crore in initial capital.
Managing Director Sanjeet Singh Talwar confirmed that the new funding phase, which began in the first quarter of the current financial year, will focus on four key growth verticals.As part of the plan, AutoMovers has earmarked Rs 150 crore for setting up new workshops and service centres to enhance its after-sales service capabilities.
Another Rs 200 crore will be invested equally to scale up its specialised trailer manufacturing facility, with the aim of increasing production capacity by 2.5 times. The expansion will be rolled out in a phased manner. The company will first strengthen its presence in the Lucknow cluster before extending operations to Kanpur and the Noida corridor.The investment is expected to streamline operations, boost manufacturing efficiency, and support long-term growth in the automotive retail and service segment.
