PVV Infra Expands Highway Infrastructure with Strategic NHLML Wayside Projects

Date:

PVV Infra has taken a significant step in expanding its presence in India’s highway infrastructure sector by securing landmark sites from National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML) for the development of modern Wayside Amenities (WSAs). The move aligns with the Government of India’s vision of creating world-class facilities that enhance the safety, comfort and convenience of highway travellers.

The upcoming amenities are expected to offer an integrated mix of services, including fuel stations, EV charging infrastructure, food courts, retail outlets, clean sanitation facilities, parking areas and rest zones for both passenger and commercial vehicles. These projects are designed to cater to the growing demand generated by increasing highway traffic, logistics movement, tourism and the rapid adoption of electric vehicles across the country.

For PVV Infra, the development marks a strategic diversification into long-term infrastructure assets capable of generating recurring revenue through leasing, retail partnerships, hospitality services and operational management. The projects also reinforce the company’s commitment to supporting India’s expanding road network with sustainable and future-ready infrastructure.

With the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and NHLML actively promoting standardized wayside amenities nationwide, private sector participation is expected to play a crucial role in transforming the highway travel experience. PVV Infra’s latest milestone positions the company among the emerging players contributing to this transformation while creating value for travellers, logistics operators and investors alike.
