Tagbin has introduced Brixx, an AI-powered platform designed to bring multiple stages of architecture, engineering and construction into a unified digital workflow. Moving beyond generative design, Brixx aims to connect project planning, design, BIM, cost estimation, compliance and construction monitoring.
The platform allows users to generate architectural concepts, CAD layouts, BIM models, Bills of Quantities, Detailed Project Reports, cost estimates and project plans using natural-language requirements. Originally developed as an AI-powered DPR solution for the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, Brixx has now expanded into a broader construction technology platform.
A key focus of Brixx is maintaining continuity between approved designs and on-site execution. The platform is designed to incorporate building regulations, identify potential compliance issues and use digital and visual evidence to monitor construction progress. This could help stakeholders detect design deviations, delays and cost variations at an earlier stage.
Tagbin aims to create a common digital environment for architects, engineers, developers, contractors and public authorities. By connecting information across the project lifecycle, Brixx represents a shift from AI-generated design towards greater coordination, accuracy and accountability in construction workflows.
The platform’s success, however, will depend on reliable outputs, regulatory accuracy and effective human oversight.
