Fixxly Bets on Quick Commerce for Builders, Contractors and Repair Professionals

Date:

India’s construction sector is witnessing a new wave of digital transformation as quick commerce expands beyond groceries. Bengaluru-based startup Fixxly is building an on-demand delivery platform focused on construction, repair and maintenance materials, helping contractors and professionals get essential supplies faster.

The startup has raised a seed funding round to strengthen its technology, supply chain and expansion plans. Fixxly aims to solve a common challenge faced by contractors and workers — delays caused by last-minute material shortages at project sites.

Unlike traditional purchasing methods that require multiple store visits, Fixxly enables professionals to order products such as plumbing supplies, electrical items, hardware, paints, tools and safety equipment through its platform. The company promises delivery directly to job sites within 30 minutes in its operating markets.

Founded by professionals with experience across retail, logistics and home services, Fixxly is targeting plumbers, electricians, painters, civil contractors and interior teams who need quick access to essential materials.

The funding comes at a time when vertical quick-commerce startups are attracting investor interest by solving industry-specific problems beyond traditional consumer categories. Construction-focused delivery platforms like Fixxly highlight the growing opportunity to digitise India’s fragmented building materials supply chain.

With plans to expand across major cities, Fixxly aims to make construction procurement faster, simpler and more efficient for professionals across India.
