Godrej Properties Ventures Into Panipat with Rs 1,250 Cr Township

Date:

Godrej Properties Ltd has officially entered the Panipat, Haryana real estate market by acquiring approximately 43 acres in Sector 40 for a plotted residential township. This marks the company’s fourth plotted township in North India, with a development potential of around 1.02 million sq ft. Strategically located along the National Highway and flanked by robust social infrastructure, the site supports lifestyle amenities and varied plot sizes with estimated revenue exceeding ₹1,250 crore, based on current assumptions.

Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, emphasized that the project aligns with the firm’s strategy of tapping new markets for plotted developments, particularly in Haryana, a key region for the developer. The Panipat launch follows earlier successes, such as record sales from the Devanahalli project near Bengaluru. With infrastructure investments and industrial expansion boosting Panipat’s real estate appeal, the township positions Godrej Properties to tap into rising demand for premium residential plots.
