Azizi Developments Rolls Out Exclusive Dubai Property Deals in New Delhi

Date:

Dubai-based Azizi Developments is hosting an exclusive real‑estate showcase in New Delhi, India, on Saturday, June 28, at the Le Méridien Sovereign I Hall. The event, open from 10 AM to 7 PM, will introduce select property deals available only to attendees, focusing on high‑yield investments in Dubai’s best‑performing assets.

Highlighted projects include Azizi Milan, a fashion‑inspired, eco‑driven master community along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Valued at over AED 75 billion and spanning 40 million sq ft GFA, it’s set to host 144,000 residents and 800 hotel keys, with nearby metro access. Another prime offering is Azizi Venice, a sprawling development housing 36,000+ homes, 109 luxury mansions, and a dramatic lagoon. It will feature cultural venues, like an opera house by Zaha Hadid Architects alongside schools, healthcare and hospitality, targeting a daily footfall of 30,000. With its proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport (designed to be the world’s largest), the project offers both strategic location and lifestyle appeal.

Farhad Azizi, Group CEO, describes these exclusive offers as a gesture of collaboration with Indian investors who appreciate refined design, heritage and long‑term value in Dubai’s dynamic property market.
