Nazara Technologies, a leading Indian gaming company, has reported a remarkable 95% year-on-year increase in its Q4FY25 revenue, reaching ₹520.2 crore, alongside a net profit of ₹4 crore. This financial success is attributed to strategic acquisitions, including the purchase of UK-based Curve Games for ₹247 crore, and partnerships such as the collaboration with Banijay Asia to co-develop gaming content.

Capitalizing on its growth, Nazara Technologies has expanded its services to include property advisory through its subsidiary, Address Advisors. This move aims to assist investors in making informed real estate decisions, leveraging the company’s data analytics capabilities honed in the gaming sector. Address Advisors offers insights into emerging property markets, helping clients navigate India’s dynamic real estate landscape.

Nazara’s diversification reflects a strategic approach to growth, integrating its expertise in digital engagement with the burgeoning real estate sector. This expansion positions the company to influence both the gaming and real estate markets, offering a unique blend of entertainment and investment guidance.
