HLL Infra Tech Services has announced a tender for the construction of a 400-bed hospital at Vilasrao Deshmukh Government Medical College in Latur, Maharashtra. The G+4 structure will accommodate specialized departments, including New Medicine, Pediatrics, Chest, and Skin.
The project will be executed under an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract, with an estimated cost of ₹80.47 crore. The construction is expected to be completed within 24 months from the commencement date. To ensure quality and long-term maintenance, a defect liability period (DLP) of 60 months has also been stipulated.
Interested contractors can submit their bids by the deadline of 12 March 2025. This development aims to enhance healthcare infrastructure in the region, providing advanced medical services and improving accessibility for the local population.
