Amaravati Development Corporation has announced a tender for the construction of balance smart trunk infrastructure and utilities in Amaravati Capital City. The project encompasses the development of roads, stormwater drains, water supply systems, sewerage networks, power and ICT utility ducts, reuse waterline, pedestrian and cycle tracks, avenue plantation, and street furniture along N1 Road.
The contract, valued at ₹120.25 crore, will be executed on a lump sum model, ensuring cost certainty for the project. The contractor will also be responsible for a two-year defect liability period after completion. The construction work is expected to be completed within 24 months from the commencement date.
This infrastructure development is a significant step toward enhancing urban amenities and connectivity within Amaravati, aligning with the city’s vision of becoming a world-class capital. Interested bidders are encouraged to submit their proposals before the deadline of March 4, 2025.
