India’s infrastructure landscape is witnessing a major transformation and the proposed Bengaluru–Hyderabad–Nagpur Expressway is emerging as one of the most ambitious highway projects in the country. Stretching approximately 1,100 kilometres, this greenfield access-controlled corridor aims to create a seamless connection between Central and South India, significantly reducing travel time and improving logistics efficiency.
The expressway is expected to connect key economic centres including Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Nagpur, while passing through important districts across Maharashtra, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. Designed for high-speed travel, the corridor will feature modern interchanges, controlled access points and advanced road infrastructure that can support speeds of up to 120 km/h on selected stretches.
Beyond faster transportation, the project is expected to create substantial economic opportunities along its route. Improved connectivity often attracts logistics parks, industrial hubs, warehousing facilities, hospitality businesses and commercial developments.
