Sunteck Realty Launches Ultra-Luxury Brand Emaance in Mumbai and Dubai

Date:

Sunteck Realty Ltd has announced its entry into the ultra-luxury real estate market with a new brand called Emaance, aimed at the world’s wealthiest buyers. The company is launching two marquee projects, one at Nepeansea Road in Mumbai and another in Dubai Downtown near the Burj Khalifa community. Both projects are expected to be unveiled by June next year.

Under the Emaance banner, apartments will begin at around ₹100 crore and go up to ₹500 crore, making them some of the most expensive residences in India and abroad. These homes will feature bespoke layouts, premium finishes, curated art and world-class amenities designed to create a lifestyle “beyond luxury.” The combined gross development value of the two projects is estimated at ₹20,000 crore.

The Mumbai project will include a very limited number of residences, possibly 40–50 units, each occupying full floors. They are planned with soaring ceiling heights, expansive lobbies and luxury amenities spread across multiple levels. The Dubai project, meanwhile, will further elevate the brand’s international presence in one of the world’s most sought-after addresses.

Through Emaance, Sunteck Realty is not only enhancing its premium product line in India but also establishing itself in the global luxury housing segment. Success will depend on exclusivity, precise execution and strong demand from high-net-worth individuals seeking rare, one-of-a-kind residences.
