ServiceTitan Expands Into Commercial Construction Tech with New Atlas AI Platform

Date:

ServiceTitan is making a major push into commercial and infrastructure construction tech with its recently unveiled Atlas AI platform, designed to reduce administrative burdens and streamline project workflows. The Los Angeles-based company introduced Atlas during its Pantheon 2025 user conference, held September 17–19 in Anaheim.

Traditionally known for cloud software tailored to specialty contractors, ServiceTitan is now targeting larger, multi-project operations. Atlas aims to automate tasks ranging from billing, scheduling, and compliance to change orders, RFIs, and daily logs. Key features include a Project & P&L dashboard for live cost tracking, a three-way matching tool to speed up invoice processing, estimating workflows tied to procurement, and tools for managing parent-child project hierarchies for firms handling related work under one umbrella.

Backed by over $1 billion in venture capital and now public on NASDAQ, ServiceTitan says early adopters of Atlas are seeing tangible benefits: faster collections, improved on-time project delivery, and modest profit margin gains. The platform also integrates real-time product catalogs from major suppliers, helping contractors more accurately estimate costs and supply needs.

With competitors like Procore, Autodesk, and Trimble active in the space, ServiceTitan believes Atlas could shift the landscape of project administration and reporting for large contractors and owners.
