Ideas Of India 2025: ‘AI Can Be Crucial In Reducing Delivery Time In Construction,’ Says Gallant Group Of Industries’ Boss

Date:

Mayank Agrawal, CEO of Gallant Group of Industries, emphasized the transformative role of technology in construction. Highlighting the growing population and rising demand for infrastructure, Agrawal stated that leveraging technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), can significantly enhance both the speed and cost-effectiveness of construction projects.

“Technology can bridge the gap between demand and delivery if used correctly,” Agrawal noted, adding that AI is already revolutionizing construction and manufacturing sectors. Citing an example from a recent conference in Singapore, he described AI-enabled software capable of predicting future requirements and equipment needs using past data, resulting in more efficient operations.

Moderated by renowned author Chetan Bhagat, the discussion aligned with the summit’s theme, “Humanity’s Next Frontier.” As India approaches its centenary of independence in 2047, the summit aims to explore the nation’s evolving role on the global stage. Bringing together influential leaders like Congress MP Dr. Shashi Tharoor, Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, and Nobel Prize-winning biologist Dr. Venki Ramakrishnan, the event fosters dialogue to shape a future driven by innovation, sustainability, and technological advancement.
