JCB Opens 18,000-Sq-Ft Dealership Facility in Ranchi

Date:

JCB India has inaugurated a new dealership facility in Ranchi, Jharkhand, to strengthen customer support and expand access to its construction equipment across the state. The facility is operated by Premsons Motor Udyog Pvt. Ltd. and will serve customers across 15 districts.

Spread across 18,000 square feet, the new facility brings sales, servicing and spare parts support under one roof. It features a four-bay workshop and a team of approximately 230 professionals. The centre will also function as the dealership’s headquarters, overseeing operations across districts including Ranchi, East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, Hazaribagh, Palamu, Latehar and Ramgarh.

A key feature of the facility is JCB’s LiveLink Command Centre, which provides real-time information on machine performance, service requirements, equipment utilisation and security. The technology supports round-the-clock fleet management and helps customers monitor their equipment more efficiently.

The facility also includes a rainwater harvesting system, reflecting a focus on responsible resource management.

Deepak Shetty, CEO and Managing Director of JCB India, highlighted Jharkhand’s growing importance in India’s infrastructure, mining and industrial development. He said the new facility strengthens the company’s long-term commitment to the state and will improve customer engagement and service capabilities.

The dealership expansion comes as infrastructure projects, mining activities and industrial development create opportunities for construction equipment manufacturers in the region.

By combining modern workshop facilities, digital monitoring technology and dedicated customer support, JCB India aims to strengthen its regional network and provide better assistance to customers across Jharkhand.
