Engineers India Invites Bids for E-House Infra Package at Numaligarh Refinery’s Polypropylene Project

Date:

Engineers India Limited (EIL) has invited bids for an electrical house (E-House) package for the polypropylene project at Numaligarh Refinery in Assam. The tender aims to facilitate the supply, installation and commissioning of prefabricated electrical infrastructure required for the project.

The scope of work includes detailed engineering, procurement of materials, shop assembly, testing and installation of prefabricated E-House modules at the project site. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering the integrated equipment package and ensuring the electrical systems are commissioned and ready for operation.

According to the tender schedule, the contractor will have 15 months to complete the design, supply and installation of the prefabricated E-House modules. The package will cover the associated equipment and activities necessary to ensure the electrical infrastructure meets the project’s operational requirements.

E-Houses are prefabricated structures designed to accommodate electrical equipment and control systems. They are widely used in industrial facilities to streamline installation, improve equipment integration and reduce on-site construction time.

The package forms part of the broader infrastructure development associated with Numaligarh Refinery’s polypropylene project in Assam. The project is expected to strengthen the refinery’s petrochemical capabilities and support the expansion of downstream industrial activities.

Interested bidders must submit their proposals by 08 December 2026, the last date specified in the tender notice.
