TVS ILP to Develop ₹200 Crore Tech-Driven Logistics Park in Telangana After New MoU

Date:

TVS ILP, part of the TVS Group’s infrastructure and logistics arm, has taken a major step toward expanding its footprint in South India by signing an MoU with the Telangana government for the development of a modern logistics and industrial park. The company will acquire 20 acres of land for the project, which carries an estimated investment of ₹200 crore.

The upcoming facility is designed to support Telangana’s ambitions of positioning itself as a national leader in manufacturing, warehousing, and integrated logistics. Once operational, the park is expected to create substantial direct and indirect job opportunities while catalysing industrial activity across multiple sectors.

The agreement was formalised in the presence of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy Anumula and senior state officials, underscoring government support for large-scale infrastructure investments.

Speaking about the initiative, Dr. Ramnath Subramaniam, Joint Managing Director of TVS ILP, said the state’s strong infrastructure, business-friendly policies, and rapid industrial development made it an ideal destination for expansion. He added that the project aligns with TVS ILP’s broader mission of enhancing supply chain efficiency nationwide.

The new park is expected to further reinforce Telangana’s position as a fast-emerging global manufacturing and logistics hub.
