Chennai-based NDR Group is strengthening its position in India’s logistics and industrial infrastructure sector with projects worth over ₹2,000 crore currently under development. Through its development arm, NDR Smart Spaces, the company has nearly seven million sq. ft. of warehousing and industrial park space under active construction as part of a larger 13 million sq. ft. development pipeline.
These upcoming assets are planned for eventual transfer to the NDR InvIT Trust, which currently manages 22.17 million sq. ft. of logistics infrastructure across 17 cities in India. The Trust serves more than 100 leading tenants, including global and domestic companies from e-commerce, manufacturing, and logistics sectors, supported by long-term lease agreements that ensure stable rental income.
NDR Group is also expanding its footprint into emerging markets such as Varanasi, driven by increasing consumer demand and the rapid growth of e-commerce activities. To support its expansion plans, NDR Smart Spaces is expected to receive a USD 50 million investment from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), with the transaction currently under due diligence.
Beyond warehousing and industrial parks, the company is exploring new opportunities in cold storage facilities, rooftop solar projects, and social infrastructure developments such as schools and hospitals. These initiatives reflect NDR Group’s broader strategy of diversifying its infrastructure portfolio while supporting India’s growing economic and logistics needs.
