Ganpati Group Plans Rs 2,000 Crore Expansion Across Real Estate and Hospitality

Date:

Ganpati Group is set to strengthen its presence in the residential real estate and hospitality sectors with an overall investment and development potential of approximately Rs 2,000 crore. The expansion is aimed at building a larger portfolio across key Indian markets while entering new growth opportunities.

As part of its strategy, the Group is placing significant focus on Lucknow, where it plans to develop an ultra-luxury residential project along with a 200-key premium hotel. The developments are expected to strengthen its presence in the city’s growing real estate and hospitality market.

Ganpati Group is also making its first entry into South India with a hospitality project in Visakhapatnam. The development is positioned to benefit from the city’s expanding infrastructure, port-led economic activity and increasing commercial potential.

Over the next three to five years, the Group plans to add between 800 and 1,000 hotel rooms to its portfolio. Alongside hospitality expansion, it will continue exploring residential and commercial real estate opportunities across Tier-1 cities and state capitals, supporting its broader growth strategy.
