Meghna Infracon Wins ₹40 Crore Redevelopment Project in Dadar (Andheri West), Mumbai

Date:

Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Ltd has clinched a redevelopment agreement for a prime 35,000 sq ft residential project in Model Town, Lokhandwala, Andheri (West), Mumbai. Following the transfer of possession by the previous tenant, the project is expected to yield revenue of approximately ₹40 crore.

This marks a significant strategic milestone for Meghna Infracon’s Mumbai growth story. The developer is enhancing its footprint in the city’s western suburbs, aiming to set a benchmark for luxury urban living through innovative design and top-tier amenities . Managing Director Vikram Jayantilal Lodha emphasized the project aligns with the company’s mission of delivering “superior living experiences”.

Meghna Infracon has previously executed residential developments in Goregaon and Andheri, and this latest engagement underscores its growing presence in the premium segment. With this redevelopment deal, the company reinforces its positioning among Mumbai’s established players by partnering with existing housing communities to transform legacy structures into modern residential assets.

As urban redevelopment gains momentum due to land scarcity in metro zones, Meghna Infracon’s latest win reflects its capability to navigate regulatory landscapes and deliver high-quality representation of Mumbai’s evolving skyline.
