Prestige Estates Projects plans to launch residential properties worth Rs 40,000 crore in the second half of FY27, marking a 2.5-fold increase compared with the April–September period.
The Bengaluru-based real estate developer aims to capitalise on festive-season demand and maintain its sales momentum across key property markets in India.
During April–September FY27, the company launched residential projects covering 23.14 million square feet, with an estimated revenue potential of more than Rs 16,200 crore.
According to Chairman Irfan Razack, the company’s upcoming launch pipeline will include projects across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Chennai and Hyderabad over the next two quarters. These launches are expected to strengthen its presence in major residential markets and expand its housing portfolio.
As of June 2026, Prestige Estates had delivered 319 projects covering 216 million square feet. The company also maintained a development pipeline of 137 projects spanning 229 million square feet.
Its portfolio includes residential developments, commercial properties, retail spaces, hospitality assets and integrated townships.
The planned launches reflect the company’s strategy to expand its residential business and meet housing demand across major Indian cities. The second-half pipeline is expected to play an important role in supporting its growth plans for FY27.
