Ceigall India Limited has strengthened its infrastructure presence in Northeast India after its joint ventures secured five Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH), with a combined value of ₹2,423.70 crore. The projects involve the construction of key road stretches on National Highway-913, also known as the Frontier Highway, in Arunachal Pradesh.
One of the major contracts, valued at ₹274.08 crore, covers the construction of a road stretch between km 17.812 and km 55.377 of the Bile-Migging section. The engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) project has been awarded to a joint venture between Ceigall India and Rajinder Infrastructure, in which Ceigall India holds a 70% stake. The project is scheduled for completion within 48 months, followed by a five-year maintenance period.
Additionally, Ceigall India’s joint venture with Sushee Infra Mining has secured four LOAs for Intermediate Lane road construction across the Huri-Taliha and Sarli-Huri sections of NH-913. These four packages carry an aggregate bid cost of ₹2,149.62 crore.
Together, the five projects will cover nearly 278 km of road construction across challenging Himalayan terrain. The contracts are expected to strengthen regional connectivity while supporting economic development in Arunachal Pradesh. For Ceigall India, the wins also enhance its order book and support its strategy of expanding geographically and diversifying its infrastructure portfolio, particularly in high-potential markets across the Northeast.
