Mittal Builders & HoABL Forge ₹2,000 Cr JV for 11‑Acre Township in Naigaon (MMR)

Date:

Mittal Builders has entered a strategic Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) to co-develop an expansive 3 million sq ft integrated township spanning 11 acres in Naigaon, Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with a total investment of ₹2,000 crore .

The project aims to deliver over 4,600 residential units alongside high-street retail spaces and modern amenities. The development will unfold over three million sq ft in phases across the next 3–5 years, targeting a Gross Development Value (GDV) north of ₹3,000 crore .

This JV marks a significant milestone in Naigaon’s transformation into a key growth corridor. Mittal Builders already owns 70 acres in the area, with potential to develop 6.5 million sq ft, targeting a cumulative GDV of ₹8,000 crore .

According to Rahul Mittal, Naigaon is emerging as a major urban hub supported by crucial infrastructure upgrades, including Metro Line 13, the Vasai–Virar–Panvel corridor, and feeder access to the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway—which add strategic value and connectivity
