Date:

In a significant move within Mumbai’s luxury real estate market, the promoter family of Lloyds Group has acquired six ultra-luxury apartments in the upscale Tardeo area for a total of ₹227 crore. The properties are located in the Kalpataru Prive project, developed by Kalpataru Hills Residency Pvt Ltd on Altamount Road, renowned as Mumbai’s ‘Billionaires’ Row’.

The six apartments, spanning a combined 17,908 square feet, are situated on the 18th to 23rd floors of the building. The transaction, registered on July 11, 2025, includes 24 car parking spaces. The per square foot rate for these properties stands at ₹1.26 lakh, reflecting the premium nature of the location and amenities.

This acquisition underscores the growing demand for high-end residential properties in Mumbai, particularly in areas like Tardeo, which offer exclusivity and proximity to key business districts. The deal also highlights the confidence of prominent business families in investing in the city’s luxury real estate sector.

The Lloyds Group, involved in various sectors including metals and energy, realty development, and engineering works, continues to expand its footprint in Mumbai’s premium property market. This acquisition adds to the group’s portfolio of high-value real estate investments in the city.
