SaaS Startup Contineu.ai Automates Construction-Site Intelligence, Recognized at TechSparks 2025

Date:

Bengaluru-based SaaS startup Contineu.ai has been featured in the prestigious TechSparks 2025 “Tech30” list, spotlighting India’s most innovative emerging ventures. Founded in 2023 by Harshil Naik and Kanal Ramesh, Contineu.ai is revolutionizing the construction industry through AI-driven automation and real-time site intelligence.

The company’s platform employs magnet-mounted 360° cameras and artificial intelligence to continuously monitor construction sites. It automates tasks such as progress tracking, defect detection, and quality assurance—eliminating the need for manual data collection.

Operating on a subscription-based model priced between ₹8–10 per sq. ft. annually, Contineu.ai has already onboarded nine enterprise clients, including CBRE, and generated significant revenue from proof-of-concept projects. Initially focused on infrastructure projects, the startup shifted its strategy toward commercial and residential developments to accelerate adoption and deployment.

With a 30-member team, Contineu.ai is rapidly scaling operations across India while planning product enhancements and international expansion. Its recognition in the Tech30 cohort underscores its potential to redefine construction-site automation, combining cutting-edge technology with practical efficiency to drive transparency, safety, and productivity in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
