Authorities are accelerating key infrastructure and road projects to ensure seamless access to the upcoming Noida International Airport in Jewar. A major initiative is the Bhangel Elevated Road—a 5.5 km, six-lane corridor connecting Agahpur to the NSEZ on DSC Road. Launched in June 2020 with a budget of ₹468 crore, the project faced delays due to design and funding issues, raising the cost to ₹608 crore. It is now nearing completion and is expected to open by July 2025.
Another crucial link is the DND–Faridabad–Ballabhgarh Bypass Road, designed to connect the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway directly to Jewar Airport. The Uttar Pradesh government has sanctioned an additional ₹48.6 crore for the project. Construction is already in progress, with 66.73 hectares of land acquired and ₹260 crore disbursed to farmers as compensation.
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is also developing an 8.5 km elevated stretch as part of a 22 km Greenfield Expressway from Faridabad to Jewar, under the Bharatmala Pariyojana scheme.
Additionally, a 76 km expressway linking Jewar Airport to the Ganga Expressway via Bulandshahr has been cleared with ₹1,000 crore allocated, significantly enhancing regional connectivity.
