Omaxe celebrated its Annual Day 2024 on December 12 with grandeur, embracing the theme ‘Ek Naya Yug – Pragati Ke Pankh’ (A New Era – Wings of Progress). The event highlighted Omaxe’s dedication to innovation, collaboration, and excellence in transforming India’s real estate landscape.

The day commenced with a leadership summit themed ‘Kal, Aaj aur Kal’ (Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow), where senior leaders reflected on Omaxe’s legacy, analyzed current trends, and charted a visionary path forward. Renowned motivational speaker Gaur Gopal Das delivered an inspiring keynote, emphasizing teamwork and unity as drivers of sustainable success.

The evening’s grand gala featured an awards ceremony with creative titles such as “Yoddha” for resilience, “Guide” for mentorship, and “Bahubali” for strength. Hosted by Hussain Kuwajerwala, the event included electrifying performances by Asees Kaur, Anusha Mani, and Divya Kumar, alongside DJ Anhad.

Reflecting its growth, Omaxe has delivered over 135.84 million sq-ft of real estate across 29 cities in 8 states. Signature projects like Omaxe Chowk in Delhi and Omaxe World Street in Faridabad underscore its commitment to creating vibrant, sustainable communities. As MD Mohit Goel stated, Omaxe is poised to embrace a new era of innovation and progress.
