XSIO Industrial Parks Commits ₹2,500 Crore for Industrial Park Development in Maharashtra

Date:

XSIO Industrial Parks has announced an additional ₹2,500 crore FDI-backed investment to develop advanced industrial parks across Maharashtra, expanding its presence in key industrial and logistics markets across the state.

The investment was formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with the Maharashtra government during the Invest Maharashtra summit, chaired by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.

XSIO already has a strong presence in Nagpur, with Park One and Park One North located along the Samruddhi Expressway, along with an in-city logistics park. The new investment will enable the company to expand into major markets including Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Khalapur and Mumbai.

The upcoming industrial parks will be designed to support a range of modern industrial requirements, including precision and complex-process manufacturing, build-to-suit industrial spaces, in-city logistics and modern warehousing.

The development is expected to strengthen Maharashtra’s industrial and logistics infrastructure while supporting businesses seeking specialised manufacturing and distribution facilities.

According to the company, the planned projects are also expected to generate approximately 3,000 direct and indirect employment opportunities, contributing to industrial growth and job creation across the state.
