The dealership features a fully equipped workshop, a training and conference room, a telematics center, and a customer lounge. Trained technical advisors and service engineers are available to assist with sales and maintenance needs, enhancing customer support in the region.
Established in India since 1989, CASE operates a manufacturing facility in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, supplying equipment to over 105 countries.
