KREEVA, the real estate arm of the Kanodia Group, plans to invest Rs 5,000 crore over the next four to five years in luxury residential projects across Delhi-NCR and select Tier-2 cities such as Chandigarh and Lucknow.
The investment will fund a range of housing developments, including a multigenerational residential project on Gurugram’s Southern Peripheral Road (SPR). The project is being designed so that several generations of a family can live close to one another, while each household keeps its own privacy and independence.
The expansion comes as demand for luxury homes grows in Gurugram and the wider Delhi-NCR region. Much of this demand comes from affluent buyers looking for larger homes, premium lifestyle amenities and the convenience of professionally managed residential communities.
KREEVA’s recent performance supports its plans. Its ultra-luxury project Swaranaya, spread across 2 acres in South Delhi, recorded sales of Rs 750–800 crore on launch day, and every residence in the first phase was booked.
The project has 114 residences in 3.5-BHK, 4-BHK and 5.5-BHK configurations, with prices starting at Rs 15 crore. According to the company, all 5.5-BHK units in the first phase were sold out.
