Raymond Realty has announced its operational update for the second quarter of FY27, highlighting strong project execution and an expanding development pipeline across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
A key achievement during the quarter was the early receipt of the Occupation Certificate (OC) for Tower B of The Address by GS Season One in Thane. The tower comprises 270 residential units with a total carpet area of more than 3.44 lakh sq. ft. The OC was secured approximately 18 months ahead of the timeline prescribed by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, marking a significant milestone for the project.
Looking ahead, Raymond Realty is accelerating its expansion across the MMR, supported by a robust pipeline of upcoming launches. The planned projects represent a cumulative Gross Development Value (GDV) of more than ₹4,101 crore.
The pipeline includes two premium projects under Joint Development Agreement (JDA) structures in Mahim, Mumbai. These upcoming developments are expected to further strengthen Raymond Realty’s presence across key locations in the region.
The company said the planned launches will also support its pre-sales guidance for the current financial year, while providing a stronger platform for sustained growth in the competitive Mumbai real estate market.
