Puravankara’s wholly owned subsidiary, Provident Housing, is set to launch the sixth phase of its existing Provident Equinox residential project in Bengaluru.
Known as Provident Equinox 6, the new phase is located at Venkatapura Village in Kengeri Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk, Karnataka. The project is being developed as part of Provident Housing’s regular business operations and is registered with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
The launch will further expand Puravankara’s residential development pipeline in Bengaluru, one of the company’s key markets. The project is part of the group’s broader focus on developing residential communities across major Indian cities.
The development comes soon after other business activities by Puravankara, including its acquisition of redevelopment rights for three residential societies in Mumbai.
With the launch of Provident Equinox 6, Provident Housing is adding another phase to its existing residential development portfolio. The project also reflects the company’s continued activity across established real estate markets in India.
The new phase is expected to contribute to Puravankara’s ongoing residential development plans while strengthening the presence of its Provident brand in Bengaluru’s housing market.
