Novara Launches AI Tool to Digitize Construction Safety Forms and Improve Jobsite Efficiency

Date:

Novara has introduced Form Agent, a new AI-powered capability designed to transform traditional construction safety documentation into digital workflows, helping contractors improve efficiency and streamline field operations.

Integrated within the Novara Flex platform, the tool converts paper forms, PDFs, and scanned documents into digital environment, health, and safety (EHS) workflows. The solution is aimed at reducing the time required to digitize safety inspections, compliance checklists, incident reports, and corrective action forms across construction projects.

Form Agent uses artificial intelligence to identify form fields, checkboxes, dates, signatures, and other key information before automatically creating a digital version within the platform. Users can further customize forms through natural language prompts and review AI-generated outputs before implementation.

The technology is designed to reduce administrative workload, improve documentation accuracy, and create more consistent safety processes across multiple jobsites. By replacing manual paperwork with automated digital workflows, contractors can enhance visibility, compliance management, and overall operational efficiency.

The launch highlights the growing adoption of artificial intelligence in the construction industry, where digital tools are increasingly being used to improve productivity, safety management, and decision-making across complex projects.
