SitePace, a Mumbai-based AI-driven startup, has raised an undisclosed amount in a seed funding round led by SucSEED Indovation Fund, with participation from leading angel investors. The funding will accelerate SitePace’s commercial rollout, enhance its AI technology, and expand sales across India.
Founded by Yash Shah, SitePace aims to solve the longstanding problem of fragmented and unreliable construction monitoring in India. Its innovative solution—a helmet-mounted 360-degree camera—captures site visuals, which are transformed into AI-powered virtual walkthroughs. This enables real-time remote site access for developers, architects, PMCs, and investors, improving accountability and transparency.
“Construction in India still relies on fragmented communication. We’re changing that,” said Shah.
Having completed successful pilots in Mumbai and NCR, SitePace is now eyeing a broader rollout, targeting over 500 clients and exploring global expansion. The startup is in active discussions with developers in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
Vikrant Varshney of SucSEED Indovation Fund said, “SitePace could be a game-changer in PropTech by decentralizing construction data and enabling smart site management.”
SucSEED’s ₹300 crore fund backs high-impact tech startups and sees SitePace as a key player in transforming the $10B global construction software market.
