Hical Technologies has conducted the groundbreaking ceremony for its new 1,60,000 sq. ft. aerospace manufacturing facility in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, strengthening its presence in the advanced engineering sector.
The Bengaluru-based company plans to expand its precision manufacturing capabilities and support the rising demand for high-quality aerospace and defence components from global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The new facility will include advanced precision machining, fabrication technologies, special processes, automation systems, and digital manufacturing solutions to improve operational efficiency and production flexibility.
Designed according to global aerospace standards, the facility is expected to secure NADCAP accreditation along with other key certifications required for participation in international aerospace programmes. This expansion will further enhance Hical Technologies’ existing electromechanical manufacturing capabilities and enable the company to deliver more complex engineering solutions with improved precision and reliability.
The new plant will support the production of critical components for multiple aerospace and defence applications. It will also help global manufacturers source advanced precision-engineered solutions from India while strengthening supply chain stability.
With this investment, Hical Technologies aims to contribute to India’s growing role as a reliable destination for aerospace manufacturing and advanced engineering solutions.
