Gillco Group has announced the launch of its ultra-luxury residential project, Gillco Meraqui, located in Sector-126, Mohali, along the fast-developing PR-7 Airport Road corridor.
Spread across 12 acres of clear titled land, the premium development will feature 444 luxury residences across six towers with spacious 3+1 and 4+1 bedroom layouts. Designed as an exclusive lifestyle destination, Gillco Meraqui will offer landscaped green spaces, wellness amenities, sports and leisure zones, a premium clubhouse, and a high-street retail area for residents’ convenience.
Inspired by “The Greek Art of Living,” the project combines Greek-Roman architectural elements with grand façades, elegant water features, and thoughtfully designed open spaces to create a unique living experience.
Gillco Meraqui is also a major milestone for Managing Director Tejpreet Singh Gill, marking his first fully independent project while carrying forward the group’s legacy. The project involves an estimated investment of ₹700–800 crore, with expected gross sales of nearly ₹1,200 crore.
Construction has started after receiving approvals, with completion planned within four years. According to Manit Rastogi, Founding Partner of Morphogenesis, the project has the potential to become a defining residential landmark in the Tricity region.
