Welspun One to Develop India’s Largest Single-Location Warehouse with Rs 2,700 Cr Investment

Welspun One Logistics Parks has announced plans to develop India’s largest single-location warehousing park at the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority Special Economic Zone (JNPA SEZ). With an investment of ₹2,700 crore, the project will span an impressive 4.45 million square feet, offering state-of-the-art integrated logistics solutions for businesses.

The mega warehousing park is expected to become a significant milestone in India’s logistics and warehousing sector, facilitating seamless export-import trade. By 2026, the park is set to be fully operational, boosting the region’s industrial capabilities.
