NBCC Invites Bids for Phase-II Residential Housing Project in Patna

NBCC (India) Ltd has announced the invitation for bids for the construction of its Phase-II residential housing complex at Bahadurpur, Patna, Bihar. The project will be executed on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis, with a comprehensive scope of design, construction, and five years of maintenance.

The proposed development includes three residential towers (Tower I, II, and III) each with Stilt + 10 floors, and additional EWS & LIG housing units with Stilt + 11 floors. Other amenities include a clubhouse, podium with swimming pool, parking spaces, a sewage treatment plant (STP), underground water tank, pump room, water treatment plant (WTP), boundary wall, security gate with office, and an electrical sub-station.

The project will be spread across approximately 2.632 acres (10,651.15 sq. mtrs.) with a total built-up area of 35,744.36 sq. mtrs. The estimated value of the project stands at ₹143.41 crore.

The successful bidder will be tasked with completing the entire project within 18 months and managing operations and maintenance for an additional five years. The deadline for bid submission is 2nd June 2025.
